User carries a incurable disease called Scallops where numerous circular growths about 1in in diameter will constantly grow and regrow on their body that look like scallops. These growths can be removed and after being properly prepared are actually considered a delicacy among the nobles. Often or not a family of nobles will actually have captured peasants or prisoners infected with the incurable disease so that they can grow their own. The Scallops, when untreated, are actually fairly fowl and have a horrible stench and have a white puss that seeps from them. In the wild those infected with Scallops are often treated like lepers in real life.

User can make explosive scallops.

Fighting Style - Self Made - Tense Form

1. Sweat Squeezer - User has an advanced form of muscle control which allows him to contract and tense his muscles in such a way that it pushes out the moisture in a limb like sweat or oils, specifically a finger, at high speeds and fires the drop of water moisture like a bullet at a target. Unlike a normal bullet this one fires near silently with nothing but a simple 'pop'. The downside of this technique is that the user uses their own body moisture as the attack thus extended long term usage can cause dehydration. Sweat Bullets are known for their piercing power.
   
2. Sweat Cutter - An advanced form of Sweat Squeezer, instead of firing a bullet of moisture the user fires an projectile arc which acts as a flying blade.
   
3. Pore Gust - With an enhanced lung capacity the user is able to push the air out of his body through his pores resulting in the ability to fire off gusts of air from his body. This is often used in a defensive capacity as it can change the wind currents around them which can alter the trajectory of projectiles or bullets. User can add in pit sweat to make it incredibly smelly. User can use this to enhance their jumps or brace their falls. Can use this to walk without making a footstep, without footprints, and even walk on water though a controlled expelled gust through the feet.
   
4. Tense Face - By simply holding his face in specific positions the user of this technique can change the way that their face looks however they are unable to make facial expressions since their face is completely tense.
   
5. Flappy Blades - By tensing various muscles in his arms the user can turn their very skin and muscles into blades. The outside of their arms become as edged as a steel blade and their hands become pointed like sword points. Skin Blades look like mandible blades or scythe blade heads. User can also extend these blades to 3x their length if desired.
   
6. Static Pulse - By controlling his nervous system the user is able to expel the latent electrical charge allowing them to shock and electrocute targets.
   
7. Instinct Pulse - The user enters and advanced state of control over his nervous system it allows the user to move and dodge attacks automatically based on sensory data allowing the user to dodge with much quicker reaction speeds than normally possible or even attacks he cannot even see.
   

Assassin - First Mate

User is a bounty hunter and assassin. He can enter places unseen and unheard, and his attacks leave no trace that can be followed as it always seems as though the bullets are never found; as they're water bullets.

From a place called Stilt Island, those that live there are called the Divers. Though there is no land on this island rather it is merely a collection of houses above the water on massive stilts and they chose this plot of empty ocean due to the fact that it is in a 'Passive Zone' meaning there are waves and and the storms are always light. The people that live there are Called the Divers as their source of food is fish and ocean farming literally meaning that their farms are on the bottom of the ocean! The Divers have evolved over centuries to have much larger oxygen capacities meaning they can stay underwater for hours at a time much like whales, they can see clearly underwater, and can swim much faster and easier underwater though obviously not as much as the fish-men. The Divers have also developed a unique form of underwater combat which allows them to use water itself as a weapon.

The Poppu Poppu no Mi is a paramecia type devil fruit which gifts the user the ability to Inflate anything they touch with their body as though someone were blowing air into them as they would a bubble. While in this state targets become far more buoyant and can even start floating away in the air though targets will not have any of their normal faculties in these inflated parts. Also while in this state the defenses of the inflated target are essentially nullified as it takes nearly nothing to 'Pop' them as if it were a mere soap bubble. Anything popped spreads around the area as if it were a liquid as well as causing blunt damage, caused by the rapidly expanding air, to anything nearby other than the user themselves. The user can then freely create and spawn bubbles from the liquids created by his popping; effectively making the user a Pop Man. This fruit is not to be confused with its sister fruit, the Awa Awa no Mi which gives the user the ability to create and control Soap bubbles and cleaning abilities.

Similar to other fruits objects or people that are popped do not die nor are they destroyed as when they're popped as they can and will eventually revert back to their original state. Though there have been instances where, when the liquid that makes them is spread or disconnected, they reform in pieces and must be put back together later making it similar to the effects of the Bara Bara no Mi. The lack of death is further emphasized by the fact that people can still talk in their puddle or bubble state though they cannot perform any physical act. If a bubble or puddle is made from a element it retains its elemental properties.

The greatest strengths demonstrated by this fruit is the users ability to produce a countless number of bubbles of varying sizes from the objects they inflate or spawn from the bubble puddles they create; some as small as a eye and others as large as a ship. Unlike normal bubbles they can become tough as they have been shown to be able to block bladed weapons; effectively meaning that they can become as flimsy as normal bubbles or as tough as iron. These bubbles are able to float and be controlled by the user, more importantly they can lift and carry objects on top or within them. But the best quirk presented by the bubbles themselves is their ability to 'hold' things within them such as air, gasses, people, or even other elements effectively trapping them inside which is only possible by the users ability to allow or restrict things from passing through them without breaking them. Though as they have a limited space within them each bubble can only hold a specific amount of something within it, once it passes its critical mass it will result in the bubble popping automatically. Though this can also be used to the users advantage as the popping process itself is violent in nature, akin to a shock wave based explosion.

Other than that, the user is also affected by the standard Devil Fruit weakness.

- Father was a Pirate that was wiped out by marines in the War.
- While he carries a sword on his back he is no swordsman rather it is more of a memento taken from a Marine Captain who once captured him and nearly put him to death before he became a pirate. He intends to use it as 'Payment' for his eventual fight with the Captains father who is a high ranking officer. Its proof of his sons death and that he is the one to have killed him.

Name: Daibu Daibu no Mi - Deal Deal Fruit
Type: Paramecia
Description: The Daibu Daibu no Mi is a Paramecia type devil fruit which bestows upon the user the ability to make or facilitate life and soul binding deals with two agreeing parties. The greatest strength of this fruit, as demonstrated by Floki, is that the user can create deals, trades, or bargains between two parties or a individual themselves and quite literally bind their life and soul to the successful outcome of the deal. What can be traded in these can quite literally be anything that the parties possess whether they be tangible, intangible, or even promises and one can even trade years of their life or their very soul if they desire. The user, as either the issuer or the facilitator, has a sort of 6th sense on whether or not the deal is fair, loopholes, if the target is lying about a deal, and can even sense if or when one of the parties is about to break a deal or even thinking about it.

The most common item of trade is what Floki simply calls Years which is quite literally years of someones life of which Floki has obtained quite a stockpile of over the years. The years he has personally acquired he can do what he wishes of much to the luck or lack there of of the original owners. He can burn these years to do a variety of things such as heal himself, strengthen his physical abilities, or use them to trade with or simply gift them to other people. This power is even capable of allowing two people to trade devil fruit powers or remove a devil fruit from themselves thus 'releasing' them of the curse. It can even allow people to trade bodies. If he so desires he can even 'Loan' years, knowledge, or other things to people for a period of time all of which of course accrue interest which must be repaid.

User can loan skills or other abilities to people which must be rapid with interest, compound interest. User can't use these skills himself.

If one of the parties were to break their end of the deal, whether intentionally or not, not only would they loose whatever benefit they gained from the deal itself but it will also take something from them which can be simply years of their life if the effects of the deal were small to their life itself. This is called 'Reap'.

User has the ability to swap the places of anything they have touched, including themselves, with another target. The user "Handsome Jack" is shown to have used this to instantly jail bounties by simply swapping them with random items that he has in the cell of his ship. He can also swap ethereal things such as pain, or damage. However the range that the swap targets are to each other does matter as it is much more difficult to swap things that are farther away.
- Partial swap - Instead of swapping the entirety of an target they only swap a portion of them. Though in the event of swapping living parts the original owners are still in control of the them.

Ai Ai no Mi - Lust Lust Fruit
The Ai Ai no Mi is a paramecia type devil fruit which bestows upon the user the ability to induce love onto others whether that be love for the user themselves or for another person or object. The effects of this fruit can vary depending on the mental strength of the target from being afflicted with a simple crush, to being submissive and wanting to make the target happy no matter what the cost or outcome, to full on psycho stalker where they feel like they will die if they cannot have their target. To afflict the target with lust the user must simply touch the target though they do not have to touch their target of their lust. There is also a passive effect of this fruit which will constantly afflict those around him with lust though to a much lesser extent which usually translates to people being much friendlier to the user though extended exposure can result in full blown lust mode. Lust or rather Love and hate are two sides of the same coin and thus the user is also able to afflict others with hatred of a target which can vary from a simple dislike to full on "We cannot exist under the same skies"! Targets can also be affected by this Devil fruit by making contact with separated portions of the users body such as saliva, sweat, blood, hair, or even nail clippings.

The second portion of this lusty devil fruit is the ability known as "Harvest" where the user is able to suck out and absorb the lust on those around them whether that lust is sourced themselves or from natural occurrences. Those that have been harvested become incredibly apathetic and depressed though will return to their normal selves after a period of time. Though the effect is much more pronounced if the user Harvest's them through physical touch. Once obtained the user is able to use their harvest as they desire whether that be for themselves or even producing liquid lust (simply named L.U.S.T.) from their body and allowing others to consume it. If used or consumed the user will firstly feel incredibly happy, optimistic, and even has anti-aging effects though more importantly if desired they can use this to empower themselves physically allowing them to showcase strength or speed several times that they are normally able to. However due to the effects of this the effects of this liquid lust are highly addictive for anyone other than the user themselves. L.U.S.T can also be used as a form of attack as it acts as a liquid and can be used in many ways similar to Fish-Man Karate. L.U.S.T., when used by the user themselves in this way, can be considered very dangerous as they can afflict physical objects with lust in such a way that they effected by the desire of the user which often or not translates to as "Do not stop me my love" in attacks thus defenses often become meaningless as they give away like paper.

A byproduct of this DF is that the user is also incredibly sensitive to those who feel Lust and Hatred around him without reading visible symptoms.

Nou Nou no Mi - Memory Memory Fruit
The Nou Nou no Mi is a paramecia type devil fruit which bestows upon the user the ability to peer and manipulate the memories of those they physically come into contact with and to a lesser extent those around them. The most notable strength of this fruit is its ability to erase, add, or simply manipulate the memories of others which can occur once the user makes physical contact with the target. The user is able to make a person entirely forget anything whether that be a simple event in their life, or even another person entirely.

Cavitation Magic || Water + Sound
This combination of sound and water magic uses powerful vibrations to create large scale cavitation bubbles. These underwater phenomenon cause an intense amount of heat dealing burning damage to anyone caught by the bubble despite being underwater. Blunt force is also dealt in the form of powerful underwater shock waves.

Cymatic Magic || Water + Sound
This combination of water and sound magic affects liquids by applying high frequency vibrations to them. This magic type is used to deal both external and internal damage. By vibrating the water around someone to extreme levels, abrasions and tearing can be dealt to the skin. By vibrating the water molecules inside a targets blood, stomach acid, and other bodily fluids, internal damage is dealt directly to their organs and circulatory systems. All Cymatic magic is excruciatingly painful and causes minor paralysis in the afflicted limbs leaving them numb and slowed by 5m/s for one post.

Ki Ki no Mi - Key Key Fruit
The Ki Ki no Mi is a paramecia type devil fruit which bestows upon the user the ability to both lock and unlock anything that they come into contact with with their hands or feet. The most notable strength of the fruit is that the user can lock or unlock any door or lock that they touch meaning that no door, as long as it can open, nor lock can stop the user from entering. Likewise the user is capable of locking anything without the key making it so that only the key itself, or a lock-pick, can open it though if desired the user is also able to change the combination or keying mechanism so that even the original key or code cannot unlock or lock a door. The user can even create keys from their body out of their fingers, toes, teeth, ears, or even tongue which can then be easily ripped off (allowing the digit or body part to almost instantly grow back with no damage). These keys are capable of unlocking a specific lock of the users choosing assuming that the user has either made contact with said lock or knows the unlocking code or keying mechanism.

When the user locks a door, or other object, that doesn't have a lock of its own upon it already a keyhole will actually appear on said object; key will also be automatically created from the user which can then allow others to either lock or unlock said lock. However strangely, in the previously stated situation, the user cannot choose where the key is created on their body making it quite uncomfortable if a toe is chosen and they are wearing normal shoes. The keys produced by the user are seeming made of simple cast iron or steel and the head of the key will always take on a comical appearance similar to that which it locks or unlocks.

Keys either held or created by the user do not have to exist in the outside world rather the user is capable of creating "Key-Rings" by first forming a circle on their body, often with their thumb and index finger, which will then form into what appears to be a iron key-ring. The user can then place any key on these rings and once the circle is broken the keys will disappear into the users body becoming apart of it. The user can then spawn these keys at a later date.

The user can also create a key which inherently doesn't lock or unlock anything but rather will lock the first thing that it makes contact with becoming bound to it until it is destroyed. There is one situation where a Key is not automatically created upon locking as the user can actually suppress this portion of the DF until a later date however this will only work on 2 targets at a time, one for each hand, and if the user wishes to lock a 3rd target without a key their oldest "lock" will either be automatically unlocked or a key will be produced once they make contact and lock the 3rd target.

This DF is not just limited however to simple locks and doors as the user can both lock or unlock other objects as well including inanimate objects, people, or even the normally ethereal. By locking a person the user can entirely prevent them from moving essentially acting like a powerful paralytic effect. In this case of "People Locking" the user cannot just simply touch a target anywhere and lock them but actually works quite logically as if the user were to lock someones right elbow anything below it, such as the forearm or hand, will be locked but anything above it such as their bicep or elbow will remain locked. However if the user locks someones head their entire body will become locked. When locking people a keyhole will appear in the area of the lock and if the entire body is locked the keyhole an appear anywhere but strangely often or not in--private areas. If the target is in motion the act of locking will actually cause the target to instantly stop moving and cause the target to damage itself though the impact or collision of the instantly halted momentum of their body of which the damage caused depends entirely on the strength and speed of the target meaning that this is more effective on stronger or faster targets.

Anything the user has locked they are also capable of unlocking on will no matter what distance they are from the target. User is able to lock ethereal things such as ghosts, spirits, or other such intangible things created by other devil fruits.

Other strange uses of the fruit include something called "Axis Lock" which prevents the target from moving in any Axis (X, Y, or Z) other than that of the users choosing meaning that if the X axis is locked the target cannot move left or right but forward, reverse, up and down will be available to them.

"Devil Lock" By placing their hand or foot upon the targets heart (area) will allow the user to actually lock the targets devil fruit meaning that while they are under the effect of the lock they cannot use it making it similar to the effect of sea-stone cuffs.
