[Descritpion/Effect]: Fukiryou is the name given by doctors to Jin who 'suffers' from a birth defect in which he lacks one thing that the average person has or rather is weaker than normal, that is the natural limiters in his Chakra Pathway System. Normally these limiters limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body, without them or weaker versions of them it dosent make the body weaker rather it grants the user mutch higher Stanima, strength, speed (+25%), agility, and reaction timing. Also doubles the amount of speed gained though chakra controle. Though it does produce some major side affects. Firstly the charka in his body is consdered highly unstable and it slowly corrodes Jin's mind making him mentally unstable making him easly prone to start fights and tempory moments of MPD allways slightly Psychopathic. Secondly it makes it harder for him to controle his chakra due to its unstability though allows him to release large bursts easly, also making it impossible for him to use Genjutsu, but it also makes him highly resilient to it Decreasing the time he can be in a Genjutsu by Half and decreasing thier total effectiviness or mental damage. Because the fact that his limiters are weaker it also decreases the effect that gates have on his body both the wear and the advantages [-25% Stat increases from opening Gates].
