Biological Traits:
Kekkei Genkai: Sawaru (lit 'Hinder')
Hidden Jutsu: Due to their curse the Nuraha seem to specialize in three fields of techniques; Kenjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, and Kuchiyose.
Additional Information: Blacksmiths. While it seems to be the opposite to those outside of the clan the so called curse of their clan is seen as nothing but a benefit to those within. Due to their natural born limitations the Nuraha over the centuries have been forced to become specialists of the basics and fundamentals. Through this philosophy they are capable of performing many tasks that even those above their own rank would find difficult.

Physiological Attributes: Every member of the Nuraha possesses incredibly nimble and agile forms and seem to have a knack for it from the day they are capable of walking making complicated acrobatics, inhuman flexibility, and awe inspiring natural reflexes nothing but natural to them.

Special Abilities: Efficiency and Augmentation. Despite the curse of their bloodline it does seem to produce a few slight advantages over the average shinobi. The first being their efficiency of the lower levels of manipulation and molding which, for a bloodline holder, makes any jutsu they perform cost one rank less with no waste. The time in which they are capable of performing these lower level techniques is also considerably less than the average ninja and in many instances almost instantaneous where for another it may take a few seconds or signs.
Method of Obtainment: Bloodline
Limitations/Drawbacks: The weakness of the Nuraha bloodline and the primary reason for it being named a curse is it effectively prevents any bloodline holder from molding complicated ninjutsu or genjutsu; essentially making A rank or above techniques impossible to learn by a clan member. If one were to attempt such a thing they would easily overload their system and cause irreparable damage to themselves.
Additional Information:

[center]The Nuraha's origins stem back generations before, founded not by those possessing a bloodline, but rather those who practiced the ninja arts that were deemed weak and unfit to compete with their breathern. Stemming from their inherited 'weak' genes the Nuraha sought ways to even the playing field though both skill in the arts and through unsavory arts. Over time the Nuraha created various skills that, while considered by may being nothing but the product of the weak, when used properly allowed them to better control, skill, and versatility than most other ninja and clans. Eventually to the point of the name of the clan itself said to mean 'Master of the Basics' by those within in where as those outside call it 'Average Man' and their motto is "They're are no trash genes, only trash people". The clan as a whole itself becoming known for their inhuman chakra control, mastery over fuuinjutsu, and their sealless techniques.

Though even with their efforts the weakness of their inherited genes proved far too much to bear for most, even to the point where most found themselves incapable of even becoming chunin. The few that are are strangely not those born with genes above the normal ninja's but rather one who is equal to them. Despite their normality as a holder of the name Nuraha even the clan's exceptional hopefuls tend to become nothing but ridiculed.[/center]

1. Nuraha are only available as Jack of All Trades.

2. Due to their clan specific training stemming from mastery of chakra control Nuraha are capable of utilizing Jutsu's at a lesser cost to themselves. All techniques costing 1 rank less to use (excepting S-Rank).

3. Nuraha cannot have a standard elemental affinity, rather the only way a Nuraha can produce elemental abilities is through the clans Fuuinjutsu techniques (or other similiar) which do not produce elements from the body rather are merely released from their seals in commanded fashions.

3. Ninneko have their own unique set of stats and traits; these follow the same system as the one used to create a character, except that they do not fall under a type. Instead, ninneko have base stats that are increased on a fixed path using masteries. Nekoshin must keep track of their companion's stats and traits in their character biography. Ninneko start with 1x Massive chakra pool.

[b]Description:[/b] A specialized Fūinjutsu technique where the user places a seal upon their own body that can activated at a later date. This seal stores a small portion of chakra within it and when released the chakra will flow back through the users body and distort the chakra flow within their body for a period of time. This seal is designed to fight and thwart genjutsu attempts upon the users body by both releasing them from a activate attempt and making the user immune to D & C-Ranked sight and touch based genjutsu for its duration. Though due to its very nature while active using any jutsu above B-rank is impossible.

<div class="app_blurb" style="height: 140px; overflow: auto;">Technically speaking the family that Nico was born into a family of Ninjas or rather it would be better to say that the every other member of his family, that being one sole individual, was a ninja. Though just about any other ninja within the village would rarely ever consider his father a true ninja and even his father himself preferred to call himself a Theorist. Nico's father was essentially a jutsu researcher who's one and only goal in life was to think of new and better or more efficient ways to use jutsu. So even from a early age many of Nico's earliest memories tend to revolved around watching his father scribbling down on hundreds of scrolls and chalkboards to figure out his newest or next theory. While he rarely ever paid real attention Nico he gave himself the tendency to think out loud so that his son could feel included.

Nico's childhood was far from average living in a cramped one bedroom hut in the middle of nowhere, barley lit, and most importantly away from what his father would call the "childish tantrums of the world" or would most other would call the Dark Wars. While the two of them did encounter some hardship during the War they found plenty of ways to stay away from the gaze of others. It only being 2 years after the war ended that they moved back to the village. Strangely Nico never developed any sort of resentment for his father and their lifestyle rather he did what he could for his age to make sure that his father never had to think of anything else other than his theories as Nico himself found himself strangely fascinated with them even if he could not understand everything at the time. There was also the simple fact that once he was old enough Nico became somewhat of a guinea pig for his fathers theories and through the countless number of tests Nico learned how to control and manipulate chakra from a early age.

Once he became old enough Nico decided to enroll in the academy in order to become a ninja and due to some various naive thoughts about the academy itself. Before his first day he had grandiose ideas about what the academy was like and their teaching methods and once he did enter his first day it was safe to assume that there was nothing but grave disappointment as nearly everything they were teaching was something he already knew and was able to do by that point. It was around this point that his lazy carefree slacker persona/image began to develop. Doing only the most meager amount of work in order to both pass as just to make sure that he was not at the absolute bottom of the class; he was the 2nd to last. Another reason for his incredibly low grades, despite the simple fact that he could of been one of the top students, was because of his theory of "Lowered Expectations". As he would describe it; the lower you set the bar for yourself the less they expect of you and that is when mediocre becomes extraordinary!

Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use.

[b]DESCRIPTION:[/b] A skill exclusive to sensor-type shinobi, this technique allows the shinobi to sense chakra over vast distances as well as to discern the identity of a individuals unique chakra signature. Nico, wile being quite adept for his age, is only capable of sensing over relative small distances of around 50m or so though is skilled enough to be able to discern unique chakra signatures of those he has seen or sensed before. If not distracted and focused he is capable of extending his range to 75m.

[b]DESCRIPTION:[/b] A derivative of the Kaifū no Jutsu and Fūnyū no Jutsu, this technique entails the usage of specific Fūinjutsu tattoo seals placed upon the users own body which are remotely connected to similiar seals within scrolls. When activated these seals remotely activate and summon the intended item directly upon the tattoo seal. This technique effectively allows the user access to their scrolls without having to directly interact with them or open them. More so that the tattoo seals stay even if their scroll's contents are emptied allowing the user to just have to replace the scrolls.

These function identically to their conditionals as well as can be remotely activated on command or upon their specific circumstances.

[b]JUTSU NAME:[/b] Goreiya Kaifū - Five Layer Unsealing<br>
[b]RANK & TYPE:[/b] C-rank Fūinjutsu<br>
[b]DESCRIPTION:[/b] A derivative of the Kaifū no Jutsu used in the specific instances of unsealing pure elements back into the physical world from their sealed state. This type of unsealing controls the release method and flow of the element into the physical world such as releasing in a large burst or slowly; effectively acting as a nozzle. Ex. Fire could be release in a large burst to create a explosion akin to multiple exploding tags or slowly to heat up a object. Lightning could be released slowly upon a conductive object to grant it a taser like effect and increase its cutting powers. The primary downside to this is the lack of direct control over the released elements being not made of the users chakra rather by pure pre-sealed elements themselves and as such the user cannot apply shape transformation upon them. This type of unsealing also only works on ethereal elements, meaning that solids do not work.

<div class="appinput">Nico, all in all, tends to show himself the exact way that he is; a blunt honest guy who is the one willing to say what everyone is thinking. Which often or not puts him at odds with the more empathetic-sensitive individuals who are littered around him. He believes that cold hard truths are far better than kind coated lies and better everyone in the long run. Beyond this he has proven himself to be highly creative, adaptable, and most of all a quick thinker who is capable of judging the odds pitted against him with the smallest amount of information. The type of individual who will utilize anything at his disposal to shift the odds into his favor, even tactics that others would deem unsavory or honor less.

Despite his own general lack of people skills he has a strange knack for being able to pick up on the thoughts and mindsets of those around him. He can easily recognize facial patterns, vocal cues, and mannerisms to figure out a persons state of mind and general thoughts. Which, to his unfortunate listeners, when he showcases this he tends to give out a 'weirdo' vibe often or not to his own amusement. All of which tends to go quite well for his tendency to prefer solitary activities and lifestyles and usually finding social things nothing more than a idiotic banter and mental drainers.

He has had a strange working past with the idea of his own self-worth and personal strength, often or not believing himself to be far weaker than he truly is as well as over-estimating his opponents capabilities. Most of which stemming from his home life, being considered the runt of the family with little to no true natural skill, and after watching the majority of his classmates excel far beyond him and at a much easier pace. It has slowly come to the point where he normally now simply declines outside help, especially training advice as for what he has found out over the years is that what works for most does not for him; usually. Against what he may believe Nico actually possesses quite a intuitive mind with a keen eye for critical thinking and efficient planning. Possessing a wide range of knowledge of most types of ninjutsu, taijustu, and genjutsu or at least the theory crafted versions of them.</div>

<div class="appinput">Nico was born within the village of Kumogakure within the Land of Lightning to an unknown mother and a father who worked multiple jobs in order to support Nico himself as well as his 3 brothers. As a struggling family the most natural way in order to make a living or at least a eventual one was for all of the boys to become ninja and each one as the the years went by became such one by one. Nico on the other hand was another story, while his brothers were able to either soar through the academy with little trouble and their gennin times beyond, as unlike his brothers the art of utilizing chakra was to say the least more than difficult. Soon he became known as the runt of the littler within his family as it took him nearly 3 tries in order to pass the academy exam and only barley passing. In order to pass Nico pushed himself far beyond most of the other students, spending his days training his body in the art of Tai, Ken, Bukijutsu and his in his strange fascination with Fūinjutsu. Nico eventually developed a working idea that if he could not compete in the same way that his brothers or classmates could he would have to replace it with knowledge and efficiency.

As he passed the academy exam Nico was placed into a team of his classmates who, well to say the least, were more along the top of his class to help balance out his apparent inadequacy as a ninja. Over the the next year their Sensei began to nurture the three of them for their eventual goal of the chunin exams. Though despite their numerous missions and countless hours of training slowly and slowly Nico began to fall behind despite the simple facts that he probably spent twice as long as the others working on the same thing. Eventually their Sensei thought that they were well enough to attempt the exams for the first time. As their Sensei predicted the three of them failed their first attempt at the exam, while all three of them were able to easily pass the first test they fell out during the second with his team mates eventually blaming himself for their failure.

By the time Nico turned 14 his team mates, despite their initial optimism for him, had eventually given up on him and even to the point of trying to get him kicked off of their team. After Nico learned of this he attempted to reconcile with them with the only avail coming when he made a deal that if they failed the exam again he would leave on his own; they reluctantly agreed.

The next year followed much similiar to the first, between missions and group training Nico spent the majority of his free-time practicing on his own and attempting to develop his own Fūinjutsu all of which to give him a edge in the next exam. Though all of which eventually being thrown back in his face during the second phase of the next chunin exams. During the exam Nico and his team were caught against another team from Konoha with the end resulting in with Nico with numerous broken bones in the hospital with his team mates, while less injured, in the same fate. All of which resulted from him choosing to fight the strongest of them so that his team mates could conserve their chakra for the remainder of the exam; an opponent who turned out to be far beyond chunin level already. After a heated argument that was forced to be cut short by their Sensei Nico turned in his paperwork to be reassigned to a new team as both he and his team mates could no longer work together.

[b]DESCRIPTION:[/b] A derivative of the Kaifū no Jutsu used in the specific instances of unsealing pure elements back into the physical world from their sealed state. This type of unsealing controls the release method and flow of the element into the physical world such as releasing in a large burst or slowly; effectively acting as a nozzle. Ex. Fire could be release in a large burst to create a explosion akin to multiple exploding tags or slowly to heat up a object. Lightning could be released slowly upon a conductive object to grant it a taser like effect and increase its cutting powers. The primary downside to this is the lack of direct control over the released elements being not made of the users chakra rather by pure pre-sealed elements themselves and as such the user cannot apply shape transformation upon them. This type of unsealing also only works on ethereal elements, meaning that solids do not work.

Idea: Weapon Clones - Chakra Threads - Elemental Seals
When the user creates a weapon clone the seals on that said weapon are also copied onto the weapon though the pocket dimension the seal has access to is not copied over but rather just has access to the same one as the original. Use Chakra threads to manipulate/launch clone weapons on or upon target like rain. Weapon clones have same weight/durability as original weapons but will dissipate if they receive any damage (i.e. nicked or cracked) but do not share special abilities as only the original does.
