Personality: Hayate is first and formost a laid-back, easy-going, and seemingly extremely lazy and carring little about anything or anyone around him. Though in reality his personality can change when the situation warrants it as he has shown a deceptively cunning and serious side. He commonly uses idle conversation as an act of distracting his opponents, sometimes even throwing them off in battle. Despite his care-free attitude, he always speaks politely, but is normally sarcastic.

Hayate can usually be found near the scene of an important event (albeit arriving late sometimes), however he rarely intervenes in situations, preferring to stay on the sidelines and having others do the work for him. He often tends to know more information then he lets on.

Hayate has a rather solitary and matter-of-fact attitude having a calm and detached demeanour. Showing little to no signs arrogance, and is rather modest, as shown when he readily praises others for leaps in their combat abilities. His naturally calm attitude is used to his advantage in battle, as it becomes easier for him to maintain his composure to stay focused on the situation at hand, and ultimately notice everything around him. As a result, he can quickly adjust to any situation to make keen and thought-out decisions, allowing him to stay steps ahead of his opponents.

History: Born on Monaco Island, South Blue to what some would call the 'Ideal' Family, a father, mother, son, and younger daughter. Hayate's father was the town mayer and his mother owned the town Bakery, even every one in the town said that thier family was one of those who found happiness in the smallest things in life and was the image that everyone wanted thier own families to have. Though as they say all good things must come to a end, and Hayate's family was no exception to the rule. His life changed one day when there was a pirate raid on thier small coastal village, and the pirates where far from merciful. The pirates quickly ransacked the town and began to shoot anyone who was in thier way or stood up to them, when they finially got to his house both his mother and father were killed before his eyes just because they looked at the pirates wrong. Hayate grabbed a knife from the kitchen and charged at one of the pirates who shot him in the sholder, the bullet passed though him and killed his little sister. Laughing the pirates left the house with their bags of loot, leaving Hayate to bleed out and die near the corpses of his family. Before long he passed out from blood loss, and darkness took over his sight and knew no more.

Hayate slowly opened his eyes, he could feel something soft and fluffy under him, and the rocking back and forth of something else with a strong sense of the sea all around him. He slowly looked around the room he was in and noticed that he was in what appeared to be a recovery room on a ship, his body was full of bandages and his head was pounding. Eventually the doctor came in the room to see how he was doing and told him what had happened, apparently the marines arived long after the pirates left and set fire to the town, finding Hayate to be the only survivor of the ordeal. One thing that astonished the doctor was that he was not acting sad or depressed, rather eventually finding that the child had amnesia. His mind suppressing the memories of the ordeal in order to protect him. Hayate had no idea who his parents or family where, where he came from, or really even who he was.

A month or so later the young Hayate was finally brought to marine ford along with the marines that saved him from Monaco island. The captain of the ship figured that the child was a orphan and in marine custody so he would be a perfect candidate for the Cipher Pol youth program. Where many orphans from around the globe would be trained from childhood in order to become the next generation of Cipher Pol Agents. Where here within the program he would be trained every day for many years in order to master the techniques of the Cipher Pol. Though it was not just training in combat, but also training in human psychology and sociology in order to better under stand how to investigate and interrogate people for information, and in all fields a intelligence agent would need. Where here they found that Hayate's personality would be perfect for undercover work, and he would eventually be ordered to do in order to gain Intel on specific pirates or in order to assassinate specific high guarded individuals that were a threat the to the world government or sometimes even individuals that nobles just hated. Though in all Hayate enjoyed the world he did as he got to travel the world, not caring if he had to bloody his hands every so often for the Cipher Pol.

It was during one of his undercover missions within on Jaya island that he won a Devil Fruit during a high stakes poker game with multiple captains from many well known ships along paradise of the Grandline. The fruit he had won was the Kagi Kagi no Mi, a fruit not within the Devil Fruit Book and so truly was like playing Russian roulette for if he ate it he could be stuck with a seemingly useless ability and no longer able to swim though he ate it anyways for he knew that his training would allow him to put any supernatural ability to good use. His play paid off for the kagi kagi no mi gave him a very useful ability that he would home over the years.

History: Hayate was born on Tequila Wolf, the slave country that was tasked with building the great bridge on order of the Celestial dragons. From the moment he was born he remembered only one thing 'You were born a slave, you will die a Slave.' As such Hayate never had little to much hope in ever leaving the island. Hayate's early life was filled with nothing but working on the great bridge, and over the years his detest for his overlords grew more and more every day. Eventually soon he would be able to take his revenge on them though for the time being he bided his time hoping that the situation would present itself that would allow him to escape the god forsaken bridge. He made the other kids in the camp to do things from gathering information on patrol schedules, what specific guards liked to eat, drink, and smoke, to many more wile paying them with his own food stamps.

As he got older he used the information he got as a kid to his advantage as he used it to manipulate many of the guards. Using blackmail to get out of working shifts, getting extra rations, and getting more information on what was going on around the camps. Over the years he gained quite the reputation and he eventually got many of the guards to work for him. Using them to get gun's and swords to arm other slaves. Which he eventually used those and many other slaves to cause a slave riot, the plan was to occupy many of the guards with gorilla style warfar to make it to the wardens office and take him hostage. Then use the warden's abilities to get himself off the island.

The slave riot worked just as he planned, and he eventually took the warden hostage. Through the warden he arranged for a World Government ship to stop on the island. Even though he promised the wardens safety he was planning on killing him once the World Government ship came to port. One thing that he didn't expect in the wardens office was a devil fruit locked away in the wardens safe. Which he never ate it for he didn't know what kind of power it gave and he wanted to be sure what it was before he ate it. Though Hayate wasn't fearful of what power it gave. He found that his faith in it was well found, finding the power to be more than what he needed.

Though when the world government ship came to port he got his way onto the ship and returned the power on the island back to the guards, leaving the rest of the slaves other than a few. For he knew full well that the WG would never allow the slaves to escape from the island and he had better chances of getting off if it was just them to save the rests lives. He quickly put on a Marine uniform and easily infiltrated the crew, within no time he found himself at the next port and he finally escaped the island of slaves. Finally... He was Free.

As he tends to watch how his opponent fights first and then using that to effect a deadly counter attack. Relying on speed, agility, and brains to out maneuver his opponent rather than by just brute strength. When combined with his devil fruit ability he can be more reckless in order to land a blow on his target.

Ability: This unnamed Paramecia-type Devil Fruit ability enables the user to redirect any instances of physical damage inflicted upon them to another person using straw voodoo dolls, leaving the user unharmed but forcing his victim to take damage amounting to what they would have. After bodily damage is taken, voodoo dolls that represent the people who took the damage are shed from their body, showing the effects of the attack. The Devil Fruit also enables them to transform into a giant scarecrow-like entity, resembling a giant voodoo doll, with metal nails functioning as claws/fingernails vastly increasing their defense, attack strength, and damage.
Weakness: The weakness in this power is that the number of voodoo dolls that the user keeps on themselves is finite as each attack corresponds to a single doll, so if they are hit more times than the number of dolls they have to redirect the damage, they becomes just as vulnerable as an ordinary human. The user must also prepare the dolls before hand by obtaining a piece (blood/hair/etc) of a persons body and placing it within the dolls. Rapid fire attacks and attacks that come in quick succession are especially potent against this fruit. The dolls' ability to transfer damage is limited only to bodily injury.

Sample (From Bleach): The tip of the tail swept through the sands back and forth... back and forth creating some sort of strange design in the sands. The tail belonged to a humanoid looking figure that was sitting on a rock somewhere within the vast endless deserts of Hueco Mundo. Somewhere there were 3 Adjuchas hiding behind a mound of sand only thier heads peaking over the side of it staring at the small hollow. "You must be some kind of idiot Krek! Your saying that small speck over there is a Adjuchas? I dont sense anything from it, your senses are fried again for that thing isnt even worth our time." Said the largest bear like hollow, the other two were quite smaller and obviously the weaker two of thier small little group, one of them looked like a snake and the other looked similiar to a Wolf.

"Im telling you that small fry is a Adjuchas and i would be talking for my senses are better than your crappy ones, im telling you that thing is a adjuchas." said the wolf like hollow. "Besides if its small fry then it should be easy enough to eat." it said as the Bear hollow growled angrly at the wolf and said something like fine. The Snake like hollow dissapeared into the sands, the other Two hollows jumped into the air and landed near the small humanoid hollow who didnt even take notice of them.

"I would give up now Small fry! Give up now and we will only eat a little piece of you, mabey we will even take it off of the sholder if your nice Heheheheh." said the bear like hollow as it growled at the humanoid hollow bearing its teeth at him. The wolf like hollow circling around the stone that the humanoid hollow was sitting on. It still didnt take any notice of the two and continued to sweep its tail in the sand making his drawing. "You Ungrateful Createn!! You dare ignore the great Borgis! Im the closest thing you will ever see to a Vastro Lorde!" he said angrly at the small hollow stomping on the drawing that it was making. The small hollow stoped and turned its eyes to meet the bear hollow Borgis's eyes and immediatly Borgis was taken in by a immence fear and was speachless, his puiples growing larger as the fear rushed though his body for the moment that it looked into the hollows green eyes it could immediatly feel its spiritual pressure.

"PREPARE TO DIE SMALL FRY!" said the wolf like hollow jumping at the small humanoid hollow, at the same time the snake like hollow sprung up from the sand next to the rock and wrapped around the small hollow to still wasnt moving, or mearly wasnt bothering to. The bear like hollow was trying to say something though couldnt, saying quietly "Stop... dont... Run wile you can." though the others couldnt hear him. In a instant the small hollows tail pierced though the snake like hollows body as it was wrapping around him and pierced the skull of the wolf like hollow though the mouth before it could even scream in pain. In a second instant the small hollows tail sliced the snake like hollows head in half, the body fell lifelessly on the rock as both of their bodies disinigrated into the night. The hollow stood up, the crescent moon behind him and turned his gaze to the bear like hollow.

"Be quiet already you annoying little shit... good you finally shut up, Well ill show you something that is mutch more interesting than a Near Vastro Lorde. In your Final moment fear, cower in your own worthlessness, speak not, and ride your presence from these sands." The air around them darkned as a large shadow covered the large bear Adjuchas body as it was paralized in fear as it was engulfed in darkness. Before it was devoured it let out a terrible shreak of fear the echoed across the desert and faded into sands. The small hollow stood where the big Bear hollow was, which now was gone. "I told you to not speak you damm hollow, how very... annoying you were." it said as it walked off into the desert.
