[Appearance]: He has green-toned skin that feels fairly human, hes about 5 feet tall when standing all the way up though is always seen crouched down. He has long ears, fingers, arms, and legs. Most of his body is in wrappings or coverings like those seen in Arabasta, and always wears goggles over his eyes.

[Special Abilities]:
Frog Fishman Heritage
Hailing from the Fishman tribe he is physically stronger and faster than the normal human (x10 in water). Being of the frog Fishman genus he possess a powerful jumping ability with his legs, webbed feet/hands for fast swimming or even gliding, and generates a sticky mucus over his entire body which allows him to stick and walk upon any solid surface. Breathes though the skin. Eyes provide binocular vision over a field of 100° to the front and a total visual field of almost 360°. Long tongue that can extend as quick as a bullet. Weak in dry environments, can hibernate in cold weather.

Mucus Warfare
As his body is able to create mucus it can also be used as a form of attack or defense as they can spit out globs of it from their mouth or fling it from their appendages. As it has a sticky trait it almost acts like glue causing objects or people to stick to surfaces while the user themselves is not effected by the stickiness due to their mucus skin. By pushing air through the mucus the user is even able to create bubbles which are able to stick to targets, explode on contact, or even carry a target upwards.

Croak Warfare
The ability to suck in air and compress it is a natural trait of frogs and by pushing it out of their mouth at fast speeds they can create powerful gusts of wind which can even be pushed out of other areas of their body via their pores. These gusts of wind are powerful enough to push around large humans and even heavy Fishman. Via their pores the user can use this as a useful dodging mechanism as they can dodge without having to use their limbs.

The Croak of the frog can also be used as a form of attack as trained Croak users can modulate the sound generated and create sound based attacks.

Leg Warfare
Powerful legs, much stronger than a normal Fishman, allows for fast swimming and powerful kicks at high speeds.

Air Rifle Warfare
By using water or mucus bullets the user can use their natural Fishman abilities to actually manipulate the trajectory of the bullet up to 45*. Mucus bullets can actually inflate after firing allowing them to expand, hit, and engulf targets or cover them in sticky mucus.

Name: Air Rifle
[Description]: A weapon designed specifically for a frog Fishman which is not designed to use crude things such as gunpowder but rather air. While appearing like a normal metallic long barrel rifle it actually has a hose connected to it which goes into the users mouth. Then the user will simply blow into it creating the rapid pushing force needed to fire bullets of at targets. If it were used by a normal human this would be impossible but as a Frog Fishman the user can suck in and expand their mouth to hold a massive amount of compressed air which is then sent though the hose and fire the bullet at speeds akin or even greater than gunpowder. These bullets can be of the users making but it can also fire both water and salt bullets which are far more effective against devil fruit users.

Same as above but pistol format, has hose.

Name: Bullet Satchel
A basic satchel that holds a variety of bullet types for different targets.
  • Lead Bullet - Standard
  • Scrap Bullet - A quickly made bullet made from nearby items such as rocks, metal, or random items. Cheap.
  • Rubber Bullet - Made as a non-lethal alternative
  • Salt Bullet - Made of compressed salt, more effective against devil fruit users especially Logia types.
  • Powder Round (Explosive) - A bullet made of a mixture of adhesive and gunpowder. Explodes on contact.
  • Powder Round (Flash) - A bullet made of a mixture of adhesive and gunpowder. Creates a flash bang on contact.
  • Water Round - While not carried in the satchel water rounds, when combined with Fishman abilities, can have their trajectory manipulated after firing up to 90*.
  • Mucus Round - While not carried in the satchel water rounds have the ability to inflate and expand after firing which can then more easily hit, cover in mucus, stick to, or engulf targets to use their buoyancy to lift targets in the air.

Croaking Warfare is a martial art subset practiced by a small division of the Fish-Man race; the Frog-Man. Those that practice this subset take the principles of Fish-Man Karate and apply it to the specific traits of their body specifically by adding in 3 new portions those being The Croak, The Leg, and lastly The Mucus.

Fighter - Sniper - Tinkerer
Illiterate - Often gets taken advantage of when it comes to deals as he has to "trust" others that they give him the right amount of money or that he pays with the right amount. In his eyes he literally cannot tell the difference between 100 beli and 1000. Words and numbers get jumbled up in his head when he tries to read them or understand them when being told. In his mind money is often or not simply broken down into "Is that a lot?" or "Is that a small amount?" which can usually force him to take a job that pays 5,000 beli when another wouldn't take less than 100,000 beli--though to be fair his employer told him it was a lot!!! However he has gotten good at "feeling" the weight of Beli in his hands thus he will often or not get all his money in the lowest denomination as possible as it makes it easier to weigh. Though this also often or not gets him in a bind as he will spend too much time going after small bounties, who he thinks are big bounties based on how "Tough" or "Bountyish" they look which often or not are not even worth the effort to go after. This is how he got his nickname "Little Bell" or "Scraps" from other bounty hunters as they would often laugh at him when he brought in nothing but the smallest bounty in the area or in other words he picked up the scraps.

While originally from Fishman island he was taken in as a slave as a teen during a pirate raid on the island, he was sold by said pirates to a Noble from one of the blues. Though before he could be dropped off by the Nobles ship it hit a powerful storm and the ship sunk and he washed up ashore on a desert island. In an area where his body was not adapted to and in an unknown area with no way back home he was forced to live on the island with nothing more than a simple rifle he took from one of his captors dead bodies.

It was on this island that he learned to cover himself up, as to save his skin and body physiology from the hot sun and dry air, and gained is "desert dweller" look. Covering his body in wrappings and goggles over his eyes.

After meeting the natives he quickly learned that gunpowder was incredibly scarce on the island and its only source was from ships that wrecked upon its rocky shores, merchants never came as it was barren. Before long he ran out of powder but still desired a way to use his rifle as it was incredibly useful against both hostile natives and wildlife. It was here that he invented his "Air Rifle". He preferred to use the rifle in this land now as fighting in his normal Fishman style took too much energy and dried out his body even more than normal but being stationary, preferably in shade, allowed him to conserve water. Thus he became a Fishman sniper not out of choice but of necessity.

Years later eventually a merchant ship found its way to the island's shores and he was able to gain passage to the next island by trading some useful desert goods. He passed off as a human by keeping himself covered lest others discover his race and be weary of him for it.

After he got to the next island he needed money to buy passage onto the next ship but as he had little skills to make said money outside of combat he became a bounty hunter to make ends meet. On some island he would take mercenary jobs and others bounties to buy food, goods, repairs, and passage.
