Devil Fruit: Poppu Poppu no Mi (Lit 'Pop Pop Fruit')
type: Paramecia
effect: The Poppu Poppu no Mi is a paramecia type devil fruit which gifts the user the ability to 'pop' anything they touch with their body as if it were a mere soap bubble. Anything popped by the user acts and spreads around the area as if it were a liquid as well as causing blunt damage, caused by the rapidly expanding air, to anything nearby other than the user themselves. The user can then freely create and spawn bubbles from the liquids created by his popping; effectively making the user a Pop Man. This fruit is not to be confused with its sister fruit, the Awa Awa no Mi which gives the user the ability to create and control Soap bubbles and cleaning abilities.

The user is also able to 'Inflate' anything they touch as though they were blowing air into a bubble which while in this state the target still as full use of their normal faculties their defences are destroyed as it takes little to pop them.

Similar to other fruits objects or people that are popped do not die nor are they destroyed as they can and will eventually revert back to their original state. Though there have been instances where, when the liquid that makes them is spread, that they reform in pieces and must be put back together later making it similar to the effects of the Bara Bara no Mi. The lack of death is further emphasized by the fact that people can still talk in their puddle or bubble state though they cannot perform any physical act. If a bubble or puddle is made from a element it retains its elemental properties, though the user themselves remain immune.

The greatest strengths demonstrated by this fruit is the users ability to produce a countless number of bubbles of varying sizes; some as large as a eye and others as large as a ship. Unlike normal bubbles they can become tougher, as they have been shown to be able to block bladed weapons; effectively meaning that they can become as touch as normal bubbles to diamond. These bubbles are able to float and be controlled by the user, more importantly they can lift and carry objects on top or within them. But the greatest strength presented by the bubbles themselves is their ability to 'hold' anything within them such as air, gasses, people, or even other elements; effectively trapping them inside and unable to escape. This also means that the user is able to control what can pass into, or out of their bubbles; making them effective traps or cages. Though as they have a limited space within them each bubble can only hold a specific amount of something within it, once it passes its critical mass it will result in the bubble popping automatically. Though this can also be used to the users advantage as the popping process itself is violent in nature, akin to a shock wave based explosion.

Other than that, the user is also affected by the standard Devil Fruit weakness.
