Hidden Jutsu: The hidden technique of the family was originally created by the families patriarch, jokingly named the Greatest Librarian, in order to create the greatest library within his own mind. Seeking a way to store extensive amounts of information as to save it from destruction during times of war when information stores are routinely plundered or burned to the ground. The first version of this was merely the ability to use the users own soul to record information essentially becoming a database itself though he found it lacking as it took considerable time to record and, as the database expanded, sift though the endless data. The answer to this was automation in the method of the Mod Soul, a by all means simple conscience within the users own soul who's only purpose was to record all information for the Patriarch and make it readily accessible at a moments notice which made both the recording and reading of any information near instantaneous as it worked independently of the users own thoughts; essentially becoming the administrator of the soul library. This was the origin of the Mod Souls 'Read & Write' ability!

Having passed the technique down the uses of the Mod Soul expanded with each generation and eventually a successor developed the 'Deduction' sub-process of the Mod Soul. This is an ability of the Mod Soul to deduce and predict outcomes of scenarios by comparing current information against all the knowledge in its database. This could be information simple as the answer to a Math question to something with far more variables such as the exact flight path and landing point of a thrown weapon based on wind speed/direction, acceleration, gravity, and the users own throwing ability. This even expands to as what an opponent is going to do in combat situations such as a technique they are about to perform based on seen muscle movements, hand signs, and known elemental Chakra affinity. The Mod Soul can create these predictions near instantly and send them directly to the users brain for use and even create sensual data, namely visual, to assist the user in completing these predictions essentially creating visual (or other sensual ques) prompts to assist the user.

'Monitor' was the third sub-process created for the Mod Soul. While it performed quite well in viewing the outside world it was lacking in its ability to see within the user and by granting it more access this was rectified by the Monitor sub-process. This ability allows the Mod Soul to see the inner workings of the users own body from accurate internal Chakra levels/flow, biological data that can normally only be obtained from medical equipment, to the detection and tracking of foreign pathogens. This can even control the users body to some extent such as increasing the bodies blood clotting response to stop bleeding, changing the direction of blood flow to expel foreign pathogens, to even assisting in the gathering and control of Chakra.
