Magic Description: Ever Fog is a Caster Type magic utilized by assassin mage Shimura, who naturally exhales this Fog and wears a breather mask to keep it from spreading constantly. Ever Fog despite its name or even similarity to wind magic it is not made of conventional wind or water. As the name states this fog has the ability to stay in its place despite the efforts of outside influences. Meaning that even if a breeze or wind comes though the area the fog will stay. Shimura is capable of controlling the movements and density of the fog wile the fog itself is capable of obscuring more than just sight. Capable of dampening sight, sound, smell, and even conventional sensing abilities, wile the users remain unhindered, allowing Shimura to move around completely unnoticed and silently take out targets.
