Personality: Truely his mind is a mix between being laid-back, lazy... and well just being lazy. He seemingly cares about little other than not doing anything, usually finding ways in order to escape his captain duties especially if they involve paperwork. He his highly addicted to Cigarettes, as such he is a chain smoker and normally has packs of the things on them, without them he becomes highly irrational and hot headed. Hating anyone who even remotely says that he smokes to much to the point of physical violence or rather he will seal anyone inside of a barrier that says anything.

Many times when people talk to him he makes a series of grunts or at least ends his sentences with them, and normally with a mumbling sound. Even if he doesn't seem like he is paying attention in reality there is little that he misses, even someone blinking he sees. Which this normally catches people off guard, especially if they know about his lazy side. In a fight if he actually takes people seriously he can be a frightening opponent, and sometimes even a merciless man. If he does take things seriously he will normally make some idiotic excuse why he is fighting harder.

Zanpakuto Name: Kashou Jin (Lit' Little Man') Zanpakuto Looks: In its sealed state, Kashou Jin is in the form of a average katana within a black sheath. Zanpakuto Release Phrase: "Play time... Kashou Jin." Shikai: Once released the blade Kashou Jin takes the form of a creature (Picture below), the creature Kashou Jin is able to, talk, preform any Kido spell that Hayate knows, is capable of replicating any kido based attack he sees (Dmitri is capable of learning at a later time), and is able to completely negate any Kido attack he has seen before or knows himself with merely a touch (the reiatsu of the attack is merely destroyed). Though Kashou Jin draws his reiatsu from Dmitri, no matter how far he is away from Dmitri. Released Zanpakuto Looks: Once released the blade Kashou Jin takes the form of a creature (Picture above), which it is capable of talking allowing it to recite incantations.

Zanpakuto Name: Kashou Jin (Lit' Little Man') Zanpakuto Looks: In its sealed form, it resembles a wakizashi with a white hilt reminiscent of a Chinese dao. It is kept sheathed horizontally behind Dimitri's lower back hanging by a rope. Zanpakuto Release Phrase: "Play time... Kashou Jin." Shikai: Once released the blade Kashou Jin takes the form of a creature (Picture below), the creature Kashou Jin is able to preform any Kido spell that Dimitri knows, preform before or follow up incantations for Dimitri's spells. Though Kashou Jin draws his energy from Dmitri to cast kido, but it is less draining than if Dimitri casts it. Any kido, based ability cast wile Kashou Jin is released will have its power greatly amplified. History and RP Sample
History: As the start of any other Shinigami's tale could ever hope to begin it starts off at a rather low point, or rather one could say that as a human the tale starts off at the lowest point possible... Death. He could never remember who, what, or why he was killed for all he knew it could of been a accident, murder, or even a hollow. Even though he never knew it was actually a hollow that ended his life as a human. For even as a mortal he possessed a larger than normal amount of Reiatsu that could only result in attracting hollows, though eventually his luck ran out and was eventually killed by a hollow at the age of 13.

The real story however starts on what he could only call the strangest day ever. For not even knowing that he died, he woke up in a strange place full of hundreds of people. He had no memories of who he was or even how he got there, but as time passed by he slowly became accustomed to the life that was presented to him. As a child in the Rukongai streets it was was not a easy life for there was no one there to help or protect him from the day to day dangers. But he always found ways to make it from one day to the next, doing what ever he had to do in order to get his next meal. Though one day everything changed when strange men were traveling though the district he was living in, men wearing black robes and wielding blades. When he stared at the men he had the strangest feelings coming from them, feeling their strength and the power they had. As they got closer and closer to where he was standing he suddenly felt a giant weight on his shoulders as he was thrust into the ground. Passing out.

When he awoke he found himself yet in another strange place, in the care of the black robed men. They told him that they were sorry for making him pass out wile telling him who they were and eventually that he had the potential to become a Shinigami. Knowing that if he stayed in Rukongai he would eventually find himself dead in a ditch he accepted the Shingami's proposal and followed them to the academy. He had heard from other students that once you were in the acadamy you were bound the the Gotea 13 for life, never able to leave them alive. After hearing this he knew that by merely being in the acadamy he was set for life so from now on he knew he could relax as everything would be present to him on a golden platter. Following his new motto, from the first day his teachers saw him as possibly the laziest kid they have ever seen, with little to no motivation to do anything. Especially if that involved doing any form of physical activity.

Even though he completely lacked any form of motivation his teachers were astounded the day that they began to practice Kido. As they would with any other class they were told the spell for Shakkahō otherwise known as the Red Fire Cannon. When it was Dimitri's turn he went up to the line and began reciting the Incantation. Though as he did his teachers felt something strange coming from him, the Incantation was making the spell to powerful. But before they could stop him he released the spell and as the energy hit the target dummy the explosion released form his Hado was massive enough that the teachers had to quickly create barriers to keep anyone from being injured. The teachers were dumfounded for the most unmotivated, lazy ass kid in the academy had a skill for Kido not seen since Soul Society was founded. Unknown to him, at the time, that there were members of the Kido Corps watching the students practice in order to find ones that excelled in Kido. It did not take long before he was pulled from the academy and placed into the Kido Corps.

Even though he was out of the academy, he was never worked or studied harder in his life. Day after day he was bombarded with spells, incantations, Reiatsu flow theories and facts, and nearly a million other things that most of the time he had no idea what they were until later years. He was forced to spend nearly all of his time in the Kido Corpse libraries and training grounds where he wasn't merely taught how to attack or defend with Kido rather he was also taught how to use them and how they worked on the smallest level, the flow of Kido in the body and how it interacts with the environments around us. Day after day, sleepless night after night, spell after spell, theory after theory, he never thought that they would ever end.

Years upon years later Dimitri became skilled enough become the 3rd seat in the kido corps just under the current Commander and Vice commander Tessai Tsukabishi, and Hachigen Ushōda. Both whom which he became quite friendly with and worked with both of them for many years until nearly 100 years ago when his commander Tessai became convinced of preforming forbidden spells, and Hachigen to be executed as a hollow. When he heard the news wondered what he should of been doing. But after the two escaped Soul Society it did not take long before the leaders of Soul Society to make him the Commander of the Kido Corps.

RP Sample:

"COMMANDER! Common already its already past mid Day!" Said a very loud voice in the middle of a dark room, a grunt was heard and a moment later light was brought into the room as the rooms curtains were opened. Revealing a very... very messy room with stacks of clothing nearly everywhere and a even bigger pile on the bed in the middle with something resembling a head having its head deep into the pillow. Next to the bed was a ash tray overflowing with cigarette buds, most would think that it just wasn't cleaned out for a while but in reality it was dumped the previous day. "You lazy excuse for a Captain!" the same voice said she pulled off the sheets of the bed revealing under it a actual person wearing nothing but a pair of boxer shorts.

"Just... give me a few more minutes... a few more....zzzzz." said the person in the bed as he fell back asleep, which did not make the girl standing over the bed very happy. She put her hands under the matress and flipped it over sending the guy laying in it tumbling out and falling softly into a pile of clothes. "Seriously... i said just a few more minutes and i would be up."

"No you wouldn't.... we go though this every day Captain. Now lets get on to todays work load shall we? Don't think that you are going to run off like usual because i am not doing all of your paperwork." saying as she kept rambling off one thing after another that he had to do. He seriously did not know how this many things had to be done every day, and every day he would have to find a way to get out of it. Usually by throwing the pile onto someone else. It normally worked but every so often he was not able to wriggle out of it and he could relax like usual. But unfortunate for his Lieutenant something would happen that would allow him to get out yet another days worth of paper work.

Suddenly someone could be heard yelling somewhere in the building, he could not make out the words but it did sound like he was in some kind of hurry. The captain, Dimitri, made his way up and made his way towards the door in his room He out his hand on the handle as he slid the door open. Looking out into the hallway the man that was yelling was running down the hallway, and as soon as he saw the captain he got a look on his face saying that he found who he was looking for. The man stood in front of the near naked captain, but he had other things to worry about. "Captain... You are requested at the Captain-Commanders office. Urgent." he said huffing and puffing.

"Well if it is so urgent then i cant keep the good Captain-Commander waiting." he said as he quickly grabbed some clothes, smelling them to make sure they were clean... or at least clean enough to not smell to bad. Not like he needed to worry for the smell of cigarette ash and smoke would overpower anything else. As he put a cigarette in his mouth and lit it his mouth his Lieutenant gave her captain a look like she wanted to kill him. For she knew that if the captain as called off she would be stuck with all of his paperwork.

After some time the Captain of the Kido Corpse was standing in the Captain-Commanders office... speechless. "Sir... Something like that happening is not even possible. The mere thought of it happening.... is nearly outrageous........ Though i understand why you asked me to look into the situation. Only someone like me would know anything about those forbidden things. Ill make finding answers on it my first priority Captain-Commander." he said, strangely in a serious tone for even he could become serious when the situation warranted it... and this was one of those moments.
