Tsukigakure
'Village Hidden Under The Moonlight'
[Village Information]
Tsukigakure or rather known as the 'Village Hidden Under The Moonlight' is a small yet very powerful village located in Night Country that is also the leader in Medical and Biological Knowlege, a area encompaning what is known as Nagi Island, O'uzu and several other small nearby islands. Tsukigakure is the hidden village of Moon Country, which consists of many small villages within its borders. As its name Suggests Tsukigakure is within a area of the world that for some reason the night cycles are mutch longer than anywhere else in the world. Normally only around 5 Hours of Sunlight a day, yet despite this the village rose to power only a 100 years ago or so. Since its founding the Country closed its boarders and grew to a unpresidented strength without the notice of any other country.
History
Around 120 years ago the islands that now are apart of Moon Country were slowly engulfed within a devistating Civil War, the forces that were fighting were two previously unknown clans who had recently unearthed into the world known as the Kumori Clan and the Ronkou Clan. The Kumori Clan, or rather known as the Kumori Family was a small group consiting of only around 12 people though yet they were known to be extremily powerful warriors, in reality the Kumori were the last surviving clan of what people called Blood Suckers or in lore refered to as Vampires. Which physically they were considered unmatched, 1 warrior was considered equal to 100 or even more warriors. 120 years ago this small yet powerful clan who after the assasination of thier clan leader decided that they were tired of thier simple lives of living only to exist, and so they began taking over O'uzu lsland village by village from the south and heading north with little to no retaliation, turning ever day citizens into powerful vampire warriors to boaster their ranks. It was only when the Kumori decided to take controle of a small isolated mountain village known as Ousatsu located in northern O'uzu, it was in this village that the Kumori met thier greatest foe...a clan known as the Ronkou. The Ronkou clan taking thier name from thier creator, a man named Ronkou Ishanou who travled to Ousatsu 100 years prior and used the village as a Experimental site. Which the Surviving members of the village became like thier master manipulators of the dead or rather known in lore Necromancers, which after the dissaperence of thier Creator or Father the Ronkou isolated themselves from the rest of the world in order to perfect their newly gained art. When the Kumori came to Ousatsu they were met with a army of the Dead and so began the 20 year civil war of the islands.

It was not untill nearly 20 years later that the civil war finially ended when the two clan leaders discovered that the Kumori and the Ronkou could be more powerful under not two but rather one Banner. Together the two clans created Tsukigakure, uniting all their islands under thier controle under its banner and then cut itself off from the rest of the world. Which all attempts to contact this newly formed nation were met with silence and all negotiators never heard from again, and slowly over time all knowlege of the Country slowly faded into time. A place that was only noticed when looking at a map. Within the Country itself it is known as the 'Perfect Society', a country where there is literally no crime; though this is only directly possible due to the fact that every citizen is eather under direct controle and manipulating of Tsuchigakure or is mearly afraid to do anything against thier orders. A fear that would give them a fate worse than death, the rest consider thier country leaders as literall Gods. The country itself is nearly completly self-sustaining to the point that there is little to no contact to the ouside world, it is also formost a Military Dictatorship and is ruled by 9 Individuals consisting at all times 4 Ronkou representives and 4 Kumori, the 9th individaul is the leader of the village nicknamed the 'Meidokage' or Lit' Under or Death Shadow, the leader even being known to be considered the God of Death. Each member of the 9 are consisted of the most powerful members of the Clans known as the 9 Shinigami Lit' Death Gods.

In more recent history Tsukigakure is one of the few villages that was capable of isolating themselves from the force known as the CN, which even when Open war was declared in order to conquer Moon Country for years using the nearby Land of Mists to send invasion forces. Though it was met with defeat upon defeat untill the point which the CN leaders decided that it was not worth the recourses to conquer this Island Nation, them never seting upon the main land and even unable to even conquer thier nearby islands.
