History: Who his mother or father, grandmother or grandfather was or any of his family is unknown for Noah was just one of hundreds of children taken by the world government in one of thier programs to train childred from extremily young ages in order to make them into the strongest World Government agents the world would ever see, or really the strongest that they would never see. Noah was put into the world government Branch group of Cipher Pol called CP0 that trained the children in order to be placed into the Eight official and Nine real CP's. Though the branch training program he was put into various forms of training in order to shape his mind and body in order to become the perfect weapon for the World Governemtn and becasue of the very young age he was taken from his family he has no memories of them, as such CP0 was the only world that he knew and the only one that he could embrace. Though the CP0 programs his body and mind were slowly formed into what the World Government wanted, though in reality it was also making it into his own wile slowly learning the truth about the Cipher Pol's and the World Government though still as it was the only world he knew it was the only one he could live with. The World government was also conducting various tests on Devil Fruits at this time, trying to use them to make thier CP0 children even stronger, as such the WG braguht to them various different DF's not knowing what any of them really were or what abilities they had which then one was given to each of the children in hopes that it would give them decent abilities. The one that Noah was given happened to be the Yami Yami no Mi, a logai type devil fruit.
One he was found to be good enough to graduate from the CP0 he was placed into one of the official Cipher Pols and it did not become mutch longer untill he was placed into other Cipher Pols though in reality most of his assignments end up being solo missions and rarley ever works on a team with others. Most of his assigments usually end up being 'Cleaning' missions which involved whiping out complete groups of people weather specific pirates, government groups, or anyone that defies the world government. Which his Yami Yami makes him ideal for capture missions so that he could bring back the people who defied them and place them right into prision or somewhere else.
Personality: Noah has a farily straightforward and serious attitude and is probably one of the more serious people, very little seems to surprise him, and he rarely smiles. Usually seen as a cold and collected individual, almost never displaying his emotions. Noah is usually allways one who follows orders to the letter, not carring who or what is involved in it. Because of his personality he is capable of committing horrible and atrocious acts without feeling any kinds of emotional response usually making people see him as a Villan. He can also be extremely intimidating, easily frightening weaker opponents with just his glare. It has also been stated that he has a monstrous killing intent.
Dispite anything he finds it very anoying when anyone calles him a kid, or brat; whcih usually angers him. Though in retrospect he has been snown playing the part of a little kid in infiltration missions. In truth the only reason why he is in the world government is so that nothing else has presented itself as a good alternitive, which he would easily betray in order to do join something better. This is also because he has grown rather bored with the World Government, finding thier missions of grave importance to be rather dull.
