General Appearance:
As a woman in her early 20's her general build is much like one would expect as someone of her age and life choices. While she does not possess bulking muscles her build is seemingly one that is made for flexibility and reactions rather than brute strength, though then again this appearance is only due to the simple fact that she is a cyborg. Unlike most cyborgs who prefer to flaunt their upgrades over their lesser men all of her parts are hidden underneath a advanced skin like polymer that looks and feels like the real thing. If it were to be ripped, cut, or burned off one would be easily able to see her machine under body.

While she used to have many before her transformation into a cyborg afterwords she possesses no scars or skin markings anywhere on her body and literally making her skin perfect and best of all requiring no upkeep. While she is a avid smoker someone once asked if that even did anything for her anymore she simply responded with "Not anymore... maybe."

To those who are knowledgeable of the birth of common hair, eye, and skin colors of certain areas of the world would almost instantly see her blond hair, blue eyes, and light skin completion as being one of northern descent. Keeping the majority of her hair tied up in the back in a pony tail while the rest of it in the front sides and back does what it wills.

The types of clothing she tends to wear overall tend to flaunt out her tomboyish side though the colors of those said pieces of attire are one of the few areas where she flaunts her girlish side; tending to wear brighter colors for all of her pieces of clothing. Wearing a yellow and black stripped long sleeve t-shirt, a pink short sleeve hoodie, standard jeans, and sandals. Her nails also tend to be always painted with a assortment of colors ranging from pinks, yellows, purples, and blacks to whites. Her favorite piece of attire tends to be the types of sunglasses she adorns.

Personality:
Aggressive Set ~ A generally violent mindset is one quick way to summarize the fashion in which Dylan interacts with the world around her. She does not prefer to dwell on things for too long rather she is the type of individual who is more likely to take swift and decisive action, usually in the form of beating someone to a pulp. She thoroughly believes that anyone who is unwilling to risk a beating or their life should have no say in the type of life that they receive and only those that do will survive and thrive; in essence she is a believer in the idea of the survival of the fittest. While she may be a generally violent woman she does not seem to possess the general rage that tends to go along with it rather she would simply call it a "Humerus Violence" as a smile is rarely ever wiped off of her face.

Clever Tongue ~ One of the greatest pleasures in life is that which is granted at the expense of others. Dylan generally tends to speak to others in, what most would call rude or hostile, in a generally mocking fashion. To herself she merely speaks the truth, the pure unfiltered truth as she will generally state exactly what it is that she is thinking without little to no care what those words may bring or cost. She also tends to have a odd sense of humor, well not odd rather more along the lines of a unsavory style of human, which tends to come at others expense and in general is a lover of practical or childish pranks or jokes. All in all anything can be humerus in the right light.

Fighting Spirit ~ In truth to her general mindset Dylan is a lover of a good fight especially against those who she perceives or knows to be on the same level or higher than herself. She generally knows and understands when she is clearly outmatched though the fighting spirit inside of her merely wants to see what that difference is on the playing field even if she understands perfectly well that may mean her broken into parts. While she knows herself that she is not a brilliant strategist or a seasoned tactician watching a battle field from afar she possesses a level of combat intuition far beyond her years all of which birthed from her years and countless fights she has won and defeats endured. She is quite able in weighting the odds against both herself and the opponent, possessing a keen eye in learning what her opponents possess up their sleeves and what ankle is their Achilles heel.

Brain Picker ~ Despite her general tenancy to shoot first and ask questions later she has a strange appreciation or love of a good puzzle. Not in the sense of loving a good puzzle made of paper or wood but rather the type that tends to involve people, gore, drama, and most of all a good twist at the end. When she comes into contact with one, even if it has nothing to do with her, she finds herself wanting to unravel it no matter the cost. Though most tend to be as disappointing with the outcome being what it was perceived in the first place.

Selective Intelligence ~ With everything else said, with her general inclination towards violence, she has a strange set of skills that most would not expect of her. She generally never forgets a number and in fact is incredibly talented in mental math, most of which stemmed from her years in the lab, though if one where to ask her to write it down to show them how she did it she would lose interest as soon as she looked at the paper; this being the reason why she is illiterate... or at least claims to be. Having a aptitude for understanding how machines or better yet other how other cyborgs work merely from looking at them and seeing them in action. She also has a strange understanding for how complicated scientific theories work and apply themselves in the real world birthed from the shitty doc never shutting up for a damn moment.

History:
Dylan was born in the 'kingdom' of Vessel, a island and country far to the north and by all intense and purpose a lawless haven of bandits, criminals, and most of all pirates. Dylan's mother was nothing more than a common wench and a father... well it would just be simpler to say that it was nothing more than a one night fling. Even as a small child Dylan came to understand that in order to survive in this world one had to be willing to do not only what ever they wished, but to whomever, and whenever. Like most other children on the island Dylan helped herself and mother survive by scamming or pick pocketing new arrivals to the island; either pirates, salvages, or even the rare marine and it would be suffice to say that over the years she became quite adept at it. Unlike most of the other girls her age Dylan was not the type to use her looks and charm, if she had any, to get her way on the island rather she was a tomboy who was more likely to get into a fist fight or pummel another long after their lights went out.

Her early years was where the concept of her normal life drastically changed all stemming from a chance encounter with a, lets be honest a most likely mad, former marine scientist... or doctor she honestly never figured out. When the doctor arrived on the island he seemed as nothing more than a simple mark and proceeded to take a heavy bag from him as he spoke to a shopkeeper. After she believed herself to be clear from the doctor and from more prying eyes she opened the bag expecting to see gold, weapons, or even scrap metal only to find wires and strange contraptions and even a human skull. As she picked up the finial piece in the bag she triggered something within the bag and before she knew it there was a white gas being emitted form the bag and the lights went out.

For what seemed like weeks or even months, she could never tell the difference in the room, Dylan could only remember periodically waking up to find a blinding white light in her eyes and as her eyes slowly adjusted the face of the doctor above her as he took pieces of her body out. After waking up and drifting back out a countless number of times Dylan finally regained her consciousness completely as what ever the drugs that where effecting her both wore off and were no longer being administered. As she slowly regained her senses the first thing that came to mind was the images of the doctor removing things from her body, as she tore off the hospital attire that adorned her she discovered... nothing. There were no marks, no scars, and everything seemed to be exactly as it was. As she continued to look and as more senses began to return she quickly realized that her arms and legs where no longer moving as her brain commanded. They were sluggish as if barley being attached anymore.

It took several hours for both Dylan to slowly regain more control over her limbs again and more importantly for the doctor that did what ever it was to her to leisurely stroll his way back into the operating room eating a bowl of noodles. At the sight of Dylan being awake the expression of the doctor changed drastically from something of a passive accepted boredom to joyous curiosity. Almost instantly he began to examine every part of her body looking for what he called defects or signs of rejection; Dylan still had no idea what in the world was going on. After being asked a countless number of times the doctor casually stated that he had replaced all of her internal organs, arms, legs, and even part of her brain with cybernetic enhancements. Dylan's response to this was to beat the doctor senseless with her new body parts.

After the doctors lights were knocked out Dylan slowly realized that her limbs, while they were not the same ones that he possessed a month ago, moved much quicker and responsive than before as well as their increased strength. As she tested her limbs the doctor slowly regained conscious and as he did she asked him one more thing "So, how strong can these robot parts get you shitty doc?"

She did not remember exactly when it was but after months of living with the doctor he just seemingly disappeared overnight with all of his equipment as though he were never there in the first place with the only evidence of him remaining there was the parts within Dylan herself. She has gotten to understand the mindset of the doctor a bit over those months and knew that he was a impulsive man who did one thing because it sounded cool or wanted to test something out, only to finish and move on to the next project. A day or so after the doctor left Dylan decided to take her leave as well of both the shitty excuse for a operating room and home as well as the island she grew up on. Eventually finding herself taking on various types of jobs to make a living though almost always involved some sort of fighting such as bounty hunting or mercenary work.

Primary Skill Set Name: Scattered Cy-Vanguard
Skill Set Stat: Marksmanship/Melee Weaponry
Skill Set Information: The Scattered Vanguard, rather than being any sort of formal or truly logical form, is a form of combat utilized by Dylan developed over years of fighting by combining marksmanship with her Cyborg enhancements and being named only for simplicity's sake. Despite it utilizing a ranged weapon as is means of attack the form itself does not prioritize marksmanship rather it requires the practice fluidity, quick thinking, and quick movement with a shotgun. As the name of the Vanguard showcases the user is not a stationary long range attacker as what one would most expect of a marksman, rather the style focus on the users ability of free-range acrobatic movement throughout the environment with high speed movement. This all the while constantly shifting their distance from and around the target while sending a constant barrage of attacks at them with their shotgun to both damage and hinder. By utilizing the shotgun the user can take advantage of the basic nature of its scatter shot style as in the closer to the target they are the higher the damage while the further away they are the greater its area of effect. In essence the style itself combines the Marksmanship's attributes of Accuracy/Perception with the melee users attributes of Dexterity, Balance, and Reflexes.

As the name of the Vanguard showcases the user is not a stationary figure rather as soon as combat begins the use can be expected to close the distance and pummel their opponents in a barrage of attacks prioritizing constant attacks in order to thwart their opponents ability to do so. The style focuses on the users ability to move around their target at high speeds at obscure and, by others accounts, attack at strange angles. With the usage of a shotgun the user can utilize is very nature to prioritize on damage, stay within mid-range to take advantage of both the scattered shot and stay out of the range of melee users.
Passive:
Breakleg Jumper - Due to leg enhancements, once per post, the user is capable of jumping at any angle instantly at their maximum speed from a complete stand still and can fall from any height (on their legs) without any damage. Higher tier's allow the user to jump off of non-solid surfaces [Notes].

Fast Step Gunner - Due to neural enhancers when moving at high speeds or using high speed movement techniques the user is not thwarted by tunnel vision, is capable of following multiple targets at said speeds, and can seemingly fire/reload with simplistic ease as though there were no time between.

Skill Strengths:

  • Damage potential of the user increases the closer they are to a target while the AOE potential increases the further away they are.
  • Varied ammo types for unique damage types.
  • Seamless reload times, character is capable of reloading at high speeds making it seem as though there is no reload time at all.

Skill Weaknesses:

  • Lack of defensive techniques.
  • Damage potential of user decreases with distances farther than mid-range due to the nature of the scatter shot. AOE potential decreases the closer one is to the target.
  • Free range movement being a primary aspect of the style, if hindered, can servery weaken the styles damage potential.

[i]Aggressive Set[/i] ~ A generally hostile attitude is one quick way to summarize the fashion in which Kite interacts with the world around her. She does not prefer to dwell on things for too long rather she is the type of individual who is more likely to take swift and decisive action, usually in the form of beating someone to a pulp, hating indecisiveness. She thoroughly believes that anyone who is unwilling to risk a beating or their life should have no say in the type of life that they receive and only those that do will survive and thrive; in essence she is a believer in the idea of the survival of the fittest. While she may be a generally violent woman she does not seem to possess the general/standard or at least outward rage that is most commonly see with those of the hostile attunement it is more of a general annoyance at the humanity around her with a general and near constant expression of "I'm surrounded by idiots" that rarely boils over into rage.

[i]Clever Tongue[/i] ~ One of the greatest pleasures in life is that which is granted at the expense of others. Kite generally tends to speak to others in, what most would call rude, hostile or at least in a generally mocking fashion. To herself she merely speaks the truth the pure unfiltered truth as she will generally state exactly what it is that she is thinking without little to no care what those words may bring or cost. She also tends to have a odd sense of humor, well not odd rather more along the lines of a unsavory style, which tends to come at others expense. All in all anything can be humerus in the right light.Fighting Spirit ~ In truth to her general mindset Kite is an avid lover of a good fight especially against those who she perceives or knows to be on the same or higher tier than herself. She generally knows and understands when she is clearly outmatched though the fighting spirit inside of her merely wants to see what that difference is on the playing field even if she understands perfectly well that may mean her being broken into parts. While she knows herself that she is not a brilliant strategist or a seasoned tactician watching a battle field from afar she possesses a level of combat intuition far beyond her years all of which birthed from her years and countless fights she has won and defeats endured. She is quite able in weighting the odds against both herself and the opponent, possessing a keen eye in learning what her opponents possess up their sleeves and what foot is their Achilles heel.

[i]Brain Picker[/i] ~ Despite her general tenancy to shoot first and ask questions later she has a strange appreciation or love of a good puzzle. Not in the sense of loving a good puzzle made of paper or wood but rather the type that tends to involve high-stakes, gore, drama, and most of all a good twist at the end. When she comes into contact with one, even if it has nothing to do with her, she finds herself wanting to unravel it no matter the cost. Though most tend to be as disappointing with the outcome being what it was perceived to be in the first place.

[i]Selective Intelligence[/i] ~ With everything else said, with her general inclination towards violence, she has a strange set of skills that most would not expect of her. She generally never forgets a number and in fact is incredibly talented in mental math, most of which stemmed from her years in the lab, though if one where to ask her to write it down to show them how she did it she would lose interest as soon as she looked at the paper; this being the reason why she is illiterate. Having a aptitude for understanding how machines or better yet other how other cyborgs work merely from looking at them and seeing them in action despite being unable to build them herself. She also has a strange understanding for how complicated scientific theories work and apply themselves in the real world all of which birthed from that shitty doc never shutting up for a damn moment.[/indent]

[b]Quirk:[/b] Illiteracy: Despite being a cyborg, spending literal years with a self-proclaimed genius in his lab and hundreds of books she never once learned how to read rather she finds the whole idea of writing and reading scribbles to be nothing but utterly boring or waste of time although that being said she is able to read numbers and only numbers but hides this fact. This is also tends to be the root cause of her general tardiness as things such as maps, signposts, or written directions are beyond her. Though despite having little to no cares about the concept of reading she becomes quite annoyed when others expect her to read or understand the written word with anyone who can is just some shitty "Book Worm". She also seems to obtain an unhealthy amount of enjoyment of incinerating books, signs, or realistically anything with writing on it.
