Skill Set Name: Rokushiki: Skin Arachnid Style
Skill Set Type: Rokushiki
Skill Set Information: An unique form of Rokushiki created and developed by Kellog due to the rare genetic defect he was born with. While it is a specialized form it still follows the same basic principles of all Rokushiki techniques making it more of a adaptive form for Kellog himself. Utilizing Life Return Kellog originally changed the nature of his excess skin to take on the shape and form of scarfs, of which he wraps around his body and through Life Return once again Kellog is capable of effortlessly manipulating these scarfs as though they were extra limbs. Furthermore to utilize specific Rokushiki techniques with these skin scarfs. They are said to be realistic enough to the point that they even flutter in the wind as though they were cloth. User can control a maximum of 4 skin scarf's at a time and extend them to 5m without skills or if using a lesser amount of scarf's the user can extend them further such as 1-2 being able to extend to 10m.

Skill Strengths:
- As the Scarfs are capable of extending quite a ways from the users body he is capable of using melee-range Rokushiki techniques at a distance.
- Effortless manipulation of the Skin Scarf's without skill usage as though they were merely another limb on his body. Capable of dealing physical damage with any of them similiar to a arm, fist, or leg with far more flexibility than a mere limb due to the lack of bone and more than able of lifting heavy objects effortlessly.
- First Line of Defense, utilizing life return he has slightly altered the hardness of his skin scarfs which allow them to take far more damage without harm than mere skin such as by basic blade or bullet damage; essentially making it a pseudo/weaker/passive/mobile form of Tekkai. Only applies to the skin scarfs not main body.
- Poison Resistance, as a highly involved Life Return based ability he is capable of resisting solid or liquid state poison by manipulating minute body functions in infected areas. Only applies to Scarfs not main body.
- Perfect compatibility with Haki due to the scarfs being apart of his body.
- Increased Jumping capabilities by utilizing the skin scarfs for jumping.
- Increased mobility/speed by utilizing the skin Scarfs as legs, granting 4 extra.
Skill Weaknesses:
- As the scarf's are literally his own skin he feels the brunt pain dealt to each one.
- As the scarf's are literally his own skin his scarf's are susceptible to fire based attacks.
- As the scarf's are literally his own skin his scarf's are susceptible to ice based attacks.
- As the scarf's are literally his own skin his scarf's are susceptible to electrical based attacks.
- As the scarf's are literally his own skin Kellog is susceptible to DF's that require the target to touch the users body.
- If severed, Kellog is unable to re-attach, re-grow, or control the severed pieces without extreme effort or time and making it near impossible during the time-frame of a fight.
- Unable to change/manipulate the basic color of the scarf's on a whim, nor able to change the basic shape on whim (such as changing it into a sheet shape).

However, it can be broken by strong enough forces or ignored by attacks that involve fire or attack internally. When Tekkai is active, the user should remember they are unable to move.

Tier 1 Skill Description: The Geppo allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. While the technique itself affords several advantages both in and out of battle for the user, it has but one major weakness: since its usage depends heavily on the user's legs, restraining, damaging, or pinning down any major parts of their lower body can significantly disrupt Geppo.

Tier 1 Skill Description: The Shigan is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger/Skin Scarf tip into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound. It is a very useful technique that can connect rapidly and accurately, which works well with the Rokushiki users' impressive speed and agile techniques. However it's never been used to counter or deflect another powerful attack in any fights, which is probably because the user could easily break his finger instead of just blocking it with Tekkai. Able to use 3 times consecutively.

Tier 1 Skill Range: 10m Travel
Tier 1 Skill Cooldown&Duration: 3 Post/Instant
Tier 1 Skill Description: The Soru allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye.

Sending a cracking sound and shock-wave through the air. While this does little damage more than bruising and potentially knocking over a target the user is capable of using this 3 times consecutively to build up potential damage.

Tier 2 Skill Description: A personal variation of the Rankyaku technique, in which the user will start by swinging one of their Skin Scarf's or limbs at the intended target at very high speeds and strength. Instead of sending out a sharp compressed air blade from the source the blade will rather stick to the scarf and effectively granting the normally blunt object potential to slice objects and greatly damage a human body. Able to use 2 times consecutively.

Tier 2 Skill Description: Utilizing their Skin Scarf's the user will wrap and constrict them around their intended target. Once successful the user will begin to swing the target around them as a center to and finally slam the target into the ground utilizing the same principles as the Shigan technique as though the target where their own finger.

Tier 2 Skill Description: The Rokuogan is the secret and ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style. Only those who have absolute mastery of the other six skills can have access to this seventh skill. The user places both his/her fists right in front of the target and launches a devastating shock wave in a forward direction. The burst is a reminiscence to that released by an Impact or Reject Dial and leaves the user panting afterwards.
