He is constantly wearing a thick light grey jacket that has ragged fur lining around the hood, ends of the sleeves and bottom rim. Where half of his face is covered in his long ragged black hair, meaning that no one has ever seen his eyes but seems to have no problem seeing through his hair. Otherwise he wears fairly common black jeans, though they have seen better days, and rarely ever wears shoes and on the days that he does they are just sandals. On the rare occasion he has been seen to 'clean up' very good and is apparently fairly handsome underneath everything.
He has a very distinct smell of a custom brand of tobacco, that is obviously imported from some far away land that no one has even heard of, more so that the only reason why they are stocked is because he buys them out every time a new shipment comes in. He needs to because he is constantly smoking and filling up every ashtray in the room in little to no time.
He has various tattoo's and piercings, the most obvious tattoo being on the Sabertooth insignia on the right side of his neck. Having other various and random ones along his back, right arm, and left leg. He has his tongue, nose, both ears, and presumably many other things pierced.
PERSONALITY | Howar is firstly a man who loves to have a good fight. Tending to be fairly reckless and impulsive when it comes down to seeing or finding someone who he wants to fight. Even in the way he talks is very straight and to the point as he would rather not mess around with petty talk. Being rather blunt with the way he talks about people and events, usually resulting in people being insulted.
Though despite anything Howar does seem to have some sense of honor as he despises the idea of someone helping him in a fight, believing that any fight should be one vs one and anything else is pathetic. This also makes him rarely ever accept help from anything in any other situation, resulting in many people seeing him as difficult to work with. Despite this he is one who knows how to get the job done even if he has other ideas. ABILITY DESCRIPTION | Hower will create a layer of crash magic across his entire body, giving his body a white aura, and any attack that hits his body while this is active will condense all of the magic into the area hit and releases a 5ft wave of crash magic on the attacker or spell. Capable of completely destroying one novice spell, or decreasing the strength of one of D-Rank. Causing minor wounds on mage's of the same rank as himself, lesser on those above. The Aura dissipates after being hit by 1 attack. This can be used to augment the users own physical attacks slightly on what ever body part comes into contact with the target.

[style=width: 400px; font: 12px open sans condensed;serif; color: #141313;text-align:justify;]Howar was born in a place that most people would just describe as the 'bad end' of town, technically meaning the lower income areas of the city where criminals and other low life's were more common than nice people. This got Howar mixed with these kinds of people at a very early age, where his parents did not care one bit for they were never home to do anything about it. Forcing Howar to take care of himself for most of his life. He tended to hang out with other trouble making kids in his neighborhood, tending to go around the city and break glass with anything that they could find to throw.
Though one day everything changed when he saw a stranger walk down the street in the neighborhood. Who started asking around for a group of lowlifes in the area, and once he did find them he proceeded to take all of them out single handed with magic and took them away. When he watched the man take them all out with magic he became in awe and his path to find magic was set. What he didn't know at the time was that man was on a mission for his guild.
So at the first chance he got he left his crappy childhood neighborhood and started to try to learn magic. He started to sneak into the library and local magic shops after hours to try to find out how one went about learning magic or discovering it. Eventually discovering though various means that he had a natural affinity for a magic known as 'crash', and from that day on he started to learn the basics and then went out to join what he considered to be one of the top guilds around; Sabertooth.[/style]
