Appearance: Jerrik takes on what many would see as a 'nomadic' style of clothing. Having what most think is just a very long red scarf wrapped around his head and neck so many times that all you can see of his face is his red right eye and patches of his jet black hair sticking through the openings. Because of this literally no one outside of his father has ever seen his face. The rest of the scarf just seemingly floats behind him. He also wears a very long sleeve button up shirt where he always has the sleeves hanging over his hands for he never has to use them. To keep up appearances the Marine symbol is stitched into the back of his shirt.. Wearing black pants that have a single white vertical stripe on the both sides of them. He wears no shoes. Though overall he stands at about 5'9", very skinny though well built, and most likely around 160lbs.

• Excess Skin: Jerrik was born with a incredibly rare condition that causes his body to produce a enormous amount of excess skin, usually centering around the torso and back areas. Resulting in large flab's of skin hanging off of the body. Jerrik literally wraps most of this around this excess skin around his head and body like it was a scarf or bandages, he also died any excess skin red so that it looks like cloth.
  
• Rokushiki: Jerrik, being apart of a marine family, has been trained in the art of Rokushiki since he was a child. His father hounding in the fundamentals so that he could eventually start using these techniques in combat.
  
• Life Return: As well as being taught the basics of fighting he was also taught how to control is body in ways that most people could never dream of. His form of life return allows him to control his skin as if it was its own limbs.
  
• Observer: Being one who fights the way he does he has learned to adapt his eye sight and reactions to follow enemy movement. Giving him a very good sense of his surroundings and on his enemy movements. Capable of following those far faster than himself.
  

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-15):

• Skin Scarfs: Jerrik's controle of life the Life Return technique allows him to animate his skin, having complete control over its movements as if he had four extra limbs. As the skin is apart of his body he is capable of utilizing forms of Rokushiki with these Skin Scarfs.
  
• Tekkai: Jerrik's form of Tekkai is relatively normal, though due to the fact that he himself rarley moves in combat, rather using his Skin Scarfs, he is capable of activating and deactivating it by reflex and to the point that foes never realize that it is being turned on and off.
  
• Shigan: As with his other Rokushiki techniques Jerrik is able to use Shigan with his Skin Scarfs, giving each of their strikes both a increased attack speed of a bullet as well as a gun like punch. Capable of using this to give his Skin scarfs rapid firing attacks.
  
• Rankyaku: Jerrik is most known to able to send out these air blades with his Skin Scarfs, as well as being able to give each of his scarf's 'swings' a sword like attacking ability by not sending out the air blade, rather keeping it on the edge of the scarf. Essentially making each of his Scarf's into swords.
  
• Scarf Return: A specialized form of life return where Jerrik is capable of 'regrowing' any of his lost scarfs. Though the technique itself takes its toll on his body and is not instantaneous. This also allows him to heal any wounds to his skin.

Character Description:
Hada stands at a normal height of 6'1", he has black hair and light blue eyes. Wearing a rather 'nomadic' style of clothing as he has what appears to extraordinarily long scarfs wrapped around his entire body. Personality:

Usakawa is a greedy, miserly individual, arranging goals in terms of the highest profit he can gain from them, and is often unwilling to involve himself in something if there was nothing to gain from it, as well as claiming that he tended to forget opponents who were not worth anything after he is done with them. Despite his obsessive personality and violent rages, Usakawa is a rather cautious person, and is not considered to be arrogant, never mindlessly rushing into battle like many fighters.

As he was trained to do he is rather compliant when following orders, even when he would rather not himself he will tend to follow any order given to the letter. But has many times forgotten the greater goals of his orders while enraged, as he will often kill targets rather than capturing them alive.

Additionally the usage of life return allows him to stretch his skin even further, as well as being able to retract it to its normal size; granting him a even greater attack range.
  
• Rokushiki: Being raised and trained to be a powerful marine and body guard he was trained in Rokushiki from childhood and as such as a deep understanding how it works.
  
• Life Return: Due to his 'condition' one of the first things that he was taught as a child was the art of Life Return in order to make use of his excess skin and as such he has learned to fully control his skin as a true extension of his own body.
  
• Observer: Being a ranged and generally stationary fighter he has adapted his eye sight and reaction timing to follow quick or subtle enemy movement. Capable of following those far faster than him self as well as being able to notice his surroundings in a good amount of detail.
  

Battle Techniques:

By combining the usage of Life Return and Rokushiki Hada is capable of completely controlling his excess skin in the form of 'Skin Scarfs'. Allowing him to not only move them in any way he wishes but also capable of using various Rokushiki techniques with them.

• Tekkai: Though he has not yet learned how to move while using tekkai his reaction timing is great enough so that he is capable of turning it on and off with great speed and thus creating the illusion that it is always active. By being stationary his reaction timing becomes even quicker.
  
• Shigan: Similar to how one would use it with their finger Hada instead uses it with his skin scarfs, allowing him to attack with them at high speeds and impact. Even to the point of being able to use them in a Rapid fire style.
  
• Rankyaku: By using his skin scarf's Hada is capable of sending out these air blades from any point on his skin scarf's. Unlike other users he is capable of keeping the wind blade on the body part and therefore making it a blade itself.
